The attention to detail and stylish design of the bungalow blew my mind! The bathroom was a work of art, with hot water and a stunning shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always offering assistance with transport. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was always drinking water available. I loved having tea and coffee making facilities in my room. The location amidst paddy fields and tea plantations was jaw-droppingly beautiful. I felt like part of the family and had an unforgettable experience.

We got serious value for our money at Arawe Retreat in Ella. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and the beds were luxurious. The location was perfect, tucked away in the middle of the forest but still just a short walk from town. The staff treated us like family, offering to collect us from the train station and giving us a lift when it was raining. The breakfast was out of this world, with the chef serving up the most delicious food at the open kitchen.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the restaurants and shops. the view from the front of the property was stunning, with the mountains in the background and the train passing through. the host was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh and healthy local ingredients.
One night, we had a power cut and there was no backup lighting in the cottage, it would have been helpful to have a torch provided in the room.

Breakfast surrounded by chirping birds, quirky cottage, and being the only guest made me feel like royalty. I even had a friendly squirrel as my companion. Loved it!
Wasn't expecting to have a wild bird as my wake-up call every morning. How delightful!
